Here a couple of easy to make, healthy recipes. Knowing what it’s like to have limited time to spend in the kitchen.  I aim to provide quick healthy and tasty recipes that can be whipped up in 5 or ten minutes after a hard day at work.

Best of all, they’re even great for dinner parties.  Enjoy!!!



Paw Paw and Rocket Salad
Large bunch of Rocket
Half a medium sized sliced Paw Paw
I small Spanish onion
Half punnet of cherry tomatoes
Grated parmesan

Dressing
Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp of Honey
1 tbsp Flaxseed oil

Toss and serve with fish of choice. This recipe is rich in magnesium, beta carotene, omega 3, antioxidants and digestive enzymes (naturally occurring in the paw paw). Most importantly it tastes good!!!

Dairy Free Icecream
3 bananas
6 dates
2 mangoes or papaya (optional)
One handful of cashew nuts.
1 tablespoon of honey.

Blend all ingredients in a blender and freeze. You won’t believe its dairyfree!!!
