Your first consult can take up to 1 ½ hours.  It’s essential that we gather as much detailed information as we can from you.  This allows us to understand every thing about your health and any specific health problems you might have in order to give you the best possible health advice and herbal/nutritional prescription to achieve the most effective results.

We provide a supportive and caring environment to help you reach your health goals. The practitioners at the centre all share the philosophy that life is simply better when we are at our peak health.

We use the time tested healing practices of naturopathic philosophy including a large variety of herbs, Bach Flower Essences, nutritional supplements and easily implemented diet and lifestyle change modifications. All our patients are treated individually and receive personalised combinations of herbs and nutritional supplements to ensure the best possible outcome so you feel you can cope with anything.

Your first visit to us may cover:

• A full medical history, including family history
• Diet analysis and review of any nutritional deficiencies
• A comprehensive review of every system in the body including: respiratory, endocrine, musculoskeletal, female reproductive, digestive, kidney and urinary systems
• A review your lifestyle and stress levels
• A complete analysis of any current health complaints
• A diagnosis of nails and tongue
• Iridology - mapping of the eye

Labroratory tests may also be ordered/recommended to gain a full understanding of all possible catalysts for the presenting condition and determine the most suitable treatment.
